UTH Festival 2026 at the Grand Egyptian Museum

UTH Festival's third edition is at the Grand Egyptian Museum on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November 2026. The official page is worldneedsuth.com/festival-2026. TicketsMarche is selling passes from EGP 350 at uthfestival.ticketsmarche.com. UTH's own copy says Cairo. The museum is on the Alexandria Desert Road in Giza.

The 2026 theme is Work in Progress. Six tracks run both days: Fashion, Money, Creator Economy, Film and Music, Food, Sports. Friday is talks, workshops and track rooms from morning into the night. Saturday is a second full day, then a closing festival show. Enterprise reported Trevor Noah as the closing speaker. UTH bills him as the headliner, in conversation, first time in Egypt. The rest of the 2026 speaker list is still being confirmed. Cairo Scene put expected attendance at up to 10,000, after 5,000-plus at AUC New Cairo in 2025 and 2,000-plus at this museum in 2024.

A short-film competition is open until 2 November 2026. Partner, speak or film through hello@worldneedsyouth.com. Do not treat the 2025 recap names as this year's bill. Buy the two-day pass on TicketsMarche, then follow the festival entrance the seller names. A daytime GEM gallery ticket is a separate product.

Alexandria Desert Road. Friday and Saturday traffic on Haram Street and the Desert Road is slow. Leave extra time from Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October or Faisal. Pre-book the ride home. The museum taxi rank will not clear a festival crowd at once.
